Tartufi & Friends Milano was the second ‘truffle lounge’ in a collection of fine-dining restaurants where truffles take centre-stage, opened by Alberto and Angelo Sermoneta. Set in the stunning Palazzo Sorbelloni, this locale contains four rooms over a total of 250 square metres all dedicated to exploring every facet of truffles. The restaurant’s enormous living wall bursts with colour as the seasons change, recalling the forests where truffles are foraged, and reinforcing the bond between nature and the kitchen - as well as its star ingredient. Head Chef Luca Mauri innovatively incorporates truffles throughout the seasonal menu, showcasing them in both sweet and savoury styles.
